I thought Id share this one for reference. Barrel code is 40R357 duv 214x3. Note the double strikes on the front and rear band serial numbers.

Very nice. What about the band spring?

The bandspring matches, to me it looks like the metal didnt take the bluing too well, I believe this is due to the hardening process? Maybe this bandspring was treated longer/shorter than normal? Thoughts anyone?
