Hardness test mark

Was looking at a bcd last night and noticed something I had not before. The extractor hardness test mark was there 6 times? Seems a little odd.

I laughed above, but it does kinda make sense. My bnz t blocks have several but not all on the same piece.

Yep. Some P.38 slides on the inside rails I’ve seen numerous hard ess punch tests done. Kinda neat when I find them. Who knows why?
