Purchased from local family.
Angolia says that while we know collar tabs were manufactured for this unit in Dachau, there is, until now, no proof the unique collar tab was ever worn on a field uniform. But here it is, machine sewn on to a super late M44 tunic, made of pulped down brown Russian uniforms and salvage scoured grey wool. Family says grand father called it Italian. I paid them $400.00 for it, this after noon.
