no problems with reliability to date. 500 rounds down rangeHow about reliability?
Looks like they are making some updates to the type II receiver as well to make it resemble the original stamped ones better. That's cool. The last words from the latest email update from SMG, I received it yesterday.
Many of you have been on the list for forever and some will because of that or other reasons will no longer want to purchase the rifle. I get it, life happens.
If that's the case please let me know ASAP so I can make list changes and if you like I can put you on the "Wait to hear from" list which will keep your deposit good as long as we are in business.
If you are still in no need to let us know, just hang in there.
My apologies for not seeing this earlier... Thank you FJR Fan, doing better danke! I'm trying some new and other weapon non SMG springs to see if that fixes a few of my occasional feeding issues. I bought this for reenacting and the design has made that much more difficult. Got my SolidWorks fired up to make some prototypes for a few new ideas on the tableKDF, hope you are in better health now, please let us know how the the rifle shoots! It will help to satiate some of my desire to get mine, I know they improved the trigger pull from the T-II/G, I got the PU optic and mount for the T-I/E. You mentioned something about optional springs, like new follower springs from SMG?
I messaged Rick last week, he’s hoping to get out a batch of type 1s by the end of the year.Has anyone heard anything since the last update?
Have any been shipping out?
At that rate many will have been waiting 24+ months. Hopefully they are still legal by then.I messaged Rick last week, he’s hoping to get out a batch of type 1s by the end of the year.
Apparently that one was a prototype of the type 1, which also had that excessively heavy trigger pull issue. When 9 Hole tested one on youtube, it was jam after jam. WHat has been your experience? Maybe/hopefully, they got a bad one.
