I think my advise is to "know more than the seller", otherwise bad things can happen. Either, advance your 98 IQ over time, and work up to a matched...

My experience is that a high percent of my trainers (like 40%) are duff cut. In contrast, only 5-10% of 98s were cut. My conclusion is fewer...
