Probably less then that auction premiums, taxes, shipping, insurance, GunBroker fees, etc.looks like he only made $200 on the deaths head JP Sauer
Someone could make a fake GB account like he does, win his auctions, and then not pay - just so he has to sit on them on take a hit when his payments are due. He can block one individual fake account (but then one could just make another), however he can't block all new accounts because then he looses his mechanism for jacking up his bids with his own fake, new accounts. Fight fire with fire..
I'm not saying he does this.... or any other seller for that matter. However like they say 'where there's smoke there's fire'. NRs show up and bid.... but just don't quite seem to 'win'... usually.Someone could make a fake GB account like he does, win his auctions, and then not pay - just so he has to sit on them on take a hit when his payments are due. We can only hope someone with Spalding in their username bids on it.That's quite the steamer bean. It's a joke turd and boy is he polishing it hard with that carnival barking ad. Too bad for the lucky "winner" of this thing. It needs to be featured with its own turd alert.
At that he lost money as Warrior and Farb noted, adding in the Poulin auction fee, shipping, handling and insurance of about $75+, plus the Gunbonker fee. That’s not counting his time and admin costs. You have to really have belief in your gun carnie Gunbonker awkshun mojo to think you’re going to buy from a high end auction haus and then flip for profit. His best day is at Gunbonker and he shite the bed on this one. We need to keep track of these.looks like he only made $200 on the deaths head JP Sauer
Sweet stock on that one too…..parts rifleHere is another

Anyone know what that went for?
He probably needed to make some NR accounts since he lost big on the JP Sauer...can't let that happen again, . Need to boost those numbers with shill bids.Is there a 'CollectibleK98sWithIssues' sub-Reddit? I ask because I wonder how these NR guys find out about them? Also because in at least one case fairly recently the account was made only hours after the rifle was listed and of course the first thing the brand new shill (I mean bidder) did was bid on THAT rifle. Next day another brand new NR account and you guessed it... he HAD to bid on that rifle. Nothing to see there.
I’m right here with ya. I’ve been wanting a K98 since I was 5 years old. I finally got my hands on one from the forum, it’s a pretty gun but doesn’t match. It’ll be a great shooter and the price was fair. I want to keep collecting K98s, but I don’t know if I will given the price of these rifles. I missed the boat big time.I tried saying that myself weeks ago. This hobby is dead for new guys like me. Way too expensive for my blood. And, when the hobby is completely dead and not a single newcomer is to be found, only the elite will own and tender these rifles. All because of (I have a small penis) heads doing what these guys are doing.
Arisaka collecting is ten times the fun anyways.... and cheaper, for now
