Commercial DWM

I was at the local gun shop just to look around and seen this commercial DWM luger. I have been looking for a shooter and this might be it. Has the expected nitro proofs, but also two extra marks on the right side. Appears to have a rework mark, but also a bird with H below it that I'm not sure about. Has a post war magazine.
Any ideas about the bird with H below?

Police pistol from the late 1920s. WaA66 and the E/H are seen on these usually in the u and v blocks, but this one has the weird crown stamps over the letter suffix. No idea why anyone would do this, but you see them occasionally on these WaA66 examples. Is the pistol unit marked?

No unit markings. Thanks for the information about the pistol.
