Lower band markings

I am looking at a "Frankenmauser" which is offered for sale. It is a real mixmaster. The lower band has an unusual stamp which looks like the year 1936. Please take a look at the photos. I have another post about the bolt which I am told is a Polish rework of some kind. Is the band also Polish?
