The NCO wears a regular Army M36 tunic and the tunic of the Corporal seems to be a Reichswehr Moleskin tunic.
Yes, does look like every bayonet is a long Vz23 pattern in that surrender pile. Interesting also that fixed bayonets are not normally seen in surrender pile photos!
More real is that rifles on last picture are yugoslavian M24 rifles with long bayonets, as some of the helmets were not used Adrian? on that area in CS, same as using of Vz23 bayonets on Vz24 is not CS proper.
