The parts are wartime German but not original to the rifle as the Russians refurbished it. OP did you buy this rifle?

It was intended to mark a component as suitable for SS but not Heer use.
The 4 on the receiver dates it as 1944.

I had to add this fine example to my SRF post & will repost photos later. As far as RC mausers go it has the as found finish to the wood & metal. It has an early 2007ish import mark on the barrel and no later bill board import marks. That rifle is a fantastically intact RC example of a really nice find. Some also found exsniper actions in their RC.
Now your rifle has an added muzzle cap and added sling which is not German. It is an original Israeli K98k sling. Unfortunately it has an incorrect Yugoslavian frosch. Next the RC came lacking cleaning rods and lock screws. Some add those parts later to finish off the look. However, the RC Mauser came in a box lacking a sling, cleaning rod, and the lock screws. You rifle has added reproduction lock screws and a cheep reproduction cleaning rod. I might suggest getting a nice original German sling and cleaning rod to improve the looks. It is hard to tell on my old 2004 computer, but at least the 1944 action is in a late war laminate stock. RC's are mostly total mix masters. As RC goes its a winner, at 30 bids it must be a well fought battle to obtain it.

added I am not up on muzzle caps , but it is unlike the metal K98 cap I know, more like an mp 40 cap or east german rubber muzzle mauser cap ??? The experts will let you know. I would take the cap off.
Lets see what the real collectors on this forum say, it will be interesting to see how this post evolves. I rarely post here.
