That's interesting! I have one where the rec hasn't been scrubbed. The original maker and year are still there, but the rest is altered like the other Yugos.
Fo some still unknown reason, the 'W' prefix serial number rifles retain their original producer stamps on the receiver. Some from the 'V' prefix follow the same pattern.
