Is there any reason why it doesnt have the checkered buttplate?
I think the reason and it`s only a theory these were Turret`s produced before the Checkered Butt plate was introduced , But there was also later Turrets that did not have them so possible there was limited Supply of them and if not in stock use a regular buttplate . thats my thought . No way to be sure .
Sounds plausible .
I was torn two ways when I sold it but if I told You what I was paid for
it You would not be Hurt if You were in my shoes . It was complete Matching
and that was hard as I had three others that were MM as far as optics but were Semi Kriegs and much harder to come by than regular Stock Configuration . Also Money is an object , I do not have a tree in the back yard so I let it go .
