It is probably good overall, stock has the right pattern, though it should be serialed along bottom and internally. The markings on the top of the receiver and top of barrel are a distraction, it would hurt value to most American collectors.

Not a rare maker-date, not hard to find, but looks pretty honest from what little you show.
