I Like Bunnies
This was an easy one. It has beautiful original finish but was missing a few parts.
The stock isn't original to the rifle, but it is a beautiful legitimate LSR kriegs stock with KM sniper butt plate . Bolt mismatch, but it is an original complete matching (itself) but worn Sauer LSR bolt with original safety, just as a placeholder until we find a complete late bcd LSR bolt. (thanks Dave for those parts!)
Forward band is original to the gun, rear band is a replacement (it was some oddball band with a sling loop welded on it). The qnw TG/FP are also original to the rifle.
Sling is marked cgn4, and in amazing condition.
I had a late center elevation dow on it, but switched to the Ajack while the dow is sent off for service and cleaning. The Ajack is staying on it. Found a base and a mount very close in serial number, it is only off by 4 digits.
I like posting these restorations because the internet doesn't forget, and hopefully they will not be sold as originals some day. I can't control that, but I can at least do this.
