Bcd 4

[Fulton bulldog]

I picked up a sporterized bcd 4 this weekend and it has a 5m stamped on the recoil lug. Ive never seen this before and wonder what it means?all the waffenamts are peened and it is import marked. Thanks

It’s something internal to Radom production, I don’t know if it’s a lot number, a forge die number, a process inspection or what not, I’ve never heard a good explanation. Perhaps some of those that research Polish arms have a clue to it’s meanig.

All those Polish receivers have similar markings there from what I’ve seen.

My bnz4's have this lug markings as well for the record. But yeah seems internal to Steyr/Radom
