An entire room is dedicated to their War of Independence (1918-1920), which very much looks like a civil war to me:

Very much so, also true of a lot of the other Eastern European wars that happened along side and in the wake of the Russian Revolution. Finland comes to mind as one where things degenerated into a pretty brutal civil war in the spring and summer of 1918.
