Leistungsbuch I picked up

Picked this up for like $10 at a flea market to go with my various other WWII period German documents I have. Don't really know much about it, havent had the chance to read through it and translate what I can. Figured I'd post it here and see what you all could tell me about it.

Interesting item, haven't seen one of these before. Looks like some very neatly written Sütterlin on the first page, too.
