That is an honest luft tunic, and I'm really surprised no one has gobbled that thing up yet...

Here's another Prussian to add to the mix. I don't know jack about these things but it's been hanging out at my house for many years. As you can see the Kokardes and chin strap are long gone, but I kinda like the "Waterloo" banner on the plate.

Sorry to say Danny that your Pickelhaube has some problems, the pins that hold the spike in its place are reproductions, the counterplate is missing and I seriously doubt that the "Waterloo" Eagle plate is original.

It isn't all bad news, the body, pin and rear spine look good and they hold a value to!
It could be a restoration project.
