Greetings, here’s a nice salty named SD Heer, the dome stamp is still visible and lander with chinstrap is all intacted. If anyone could make out the Soldier’s name I’d appreciate it, also for M45 what is the Roman Numeral II under the lot #?

Very nice ET M40 ! The Roman Numeral II may be a quality control inspector's mark (my opinion) similar to extra numbers and letters found on ET M35 helmets. I have seen I to X on ET M40 helmets. These are almost always found stamped near the lot#, probably so they can be quickly found on a flat steel disc.

Cool helmet GF. Hard to make out the name or other info, but it’s German script. One of our German members could tell us pretty close.

M40 ET66 312 III SD HEER ZSH RTGG ET-DECAL FT-3 41STRAP-dtd (III BELOW) OVAL DOMESTAMP

I have a nearly identical example in my list, but with a III stamp.
