Out of the attic Yugo M1924...

Another rifle I've been meaning to post...not sure if it belongs here as it only has some replaced german parts...Picked this one up at a local pawn shop...They said the guy brought it in when he found it in the attic of the house he was remodeling..(all i usually find is mouse droppings and plenty of itchy insulation)...Don't know if it was german used but it has a german bayonet lug and triggerguard screws and the shop said they never touched it...But it is cool that it's an early rifle made in 1929 by serial and all matching and unsanded...Finish isn't the best but for what I paid, I wasn't going to argue...Here are some pics...thanks for looking...Mike

Screws and front barrel band are definitely German. Neat all matching example, I like it! It doesn't look like being in the attic made much of a difference at all. Thanks for sharing-

Front band is Yugo, both are, you can tell by the inspection. I have one just like it Rockisle, which is dufflecut. Neat rifle.

Neat rifle. a little worn but nice. Some of these are german modified some aren't. This one is not. Only german parts are those two long t.g. screws. How they got there is anyones guess.

Mea culpa. I meant bayo lug assembly, numbered and with a WaA.
