Copyright protection is usually not applicable to images this old, further, this is a research forum. I'd like to share these because I saved them for "cool" factor. Feel free to add yours.

I scanned these out of a Gerbigsjäger book my great aunt sent me, if there are any issues plaese yell at me and I will correct it. The different type of weapons is outstanding, book is from 1941 all in german.

Here is a cool one. This is a (former) German tank killer team positioned along a roadside or crossroads. You can see their panzershreck up at the edge of the ditch and boxes for spare rockets.

I still haven't dug out the photo albums, but here are some I have posted over at GB a while back...

Back story on these, they came out of a local 101st Airborne vets attic, supposedly he was one of the guys who captured the Eagles Nest, and took these from the SS Barracks. They came in the Ausweis holder, and there were some pics of him and his buddies holding a sign that said "Hitler Doesn't Live Here Anymore", and some scenic pics of the area he took.

The shots all date from the Polish campaign, notice the white balkan kreuz's on the armored cars, and the early SS Panzer Berets....

Plus there is a candid shot of Sepp Dietrich in there, which is really cool....

The one in the right upper corner was taken on June 3 1940 in Moëres by a propaganda company making photo's of the battle for Dunkirk.
The soldier in this picture is wearing besides a wire camo helmet also ammo bags for a MG13. The MG13 was in May/June 1940 an obsolete MG used only by reserve divisions.
