Question on Durofol handguards on 45 dated rifles

Question on durofol handguards....I've looked through a lot of posts, and was looking in Darrin's book. So, from what I'm gathering duorfol handguards are fairly common (or at least common enough) on qve coded rifles, but I'm struggling to find an ac45 rifle with durofol handguards.... Can you guys enlighten about the use of these handguards on 45 dated rifles? Thanks, Chris...

They should typically be on BLM made DUV or QVE rifles. There is a possible exception on Walther's 1944 K block, but it may be a fluke. It is not believed AC or BCD should have Durofol. They used the wood version also, so they are not especially rare exactly, just a cool little difference.
