The political party swastika is typically displayed at a 45 degree angle. Again I'd guess this is an early 20th century southwest good luck type charm. Of course I'm wrong 99% of the time so it may be the pin Hitler was wearing when he ate lead in the bunker

Sterling stamped on it, not German. Could also be a WWI British pin. I think I have seen something similar.

I’ve seen similar as stick/hat pins that are enamel, and those are marked “Sterling” in the back as well. Definitely not WWII German, but a good luck pin.
