Repro? 7.65 German Holsters on eBay.Opinions

I have seen a few reproduction holsters (I am 99% sure they are repro) on eBay from Prague, Czech Republic. They are either old stock with fake markings added, or completely made from scratch. They are just like original holsters, but with questionable markings. If the codes / dates were...

Deactivated in England WW2 Beretta - Model 1944

Pistol made it to Dec. 2022 before being deactivated, too bad. Note the CZ27 style holster, I have seen several of these holsters with Berettas in them. David...

    High quality repro CZ27 holster

There are good copies of CZ27 holsters coming out of the Czech Republic. These are very close to the original and could fool collectors. The WaA76 isn't quite right, but the rest of the markings and holster are very good. Watch out. David

Fake DLU 42 P08 holster sells for $1285.00

I wrote him telling him it was fake, here is his reply. David I've seen the current copies and they're pretty amazing, but nowhere near good enough for a person that knows...

Bringback Late War Phosphate CZ-27 with hsu-45 Holster

hsu 45 is uncommon, I have recorded a few (bring back) hsu 44 WaA170 holsters, they had Sauer 38H pistols in them, one reported with a HSc pistol. Most 7.65 holsters were universal. I still don't get why the Germans marked some 7.65 holsters for a specific pistol and others not, when they all...

Known Fake holster sells for $230

They should have said, "this is a post-war holster with added markings" They know it is bogus, but put a glimmer of hope saying,"We do not think this is an original". They have seen enough holsters to know this isn't real. I believe they hope a beginning collector will think they made a mistake...

Known Fake holster sells for $230

This is ridiculous, listed as spurious WW2 markings and "we do not think this is original" they know it is a total fake and got some sucker to buy it, hoping it was original? Even has the post-war "Berlin 1963" type marking ground off the rear. David Listing: Legacy-Collectibles - WW2 German...

New Radom holster code, to me anyway.

Not my holster, there is an eBay link in my first post. I blew up the marking, I believe I can see an "r" under the "x", and the 1943 was 194. Pretty good fake, except for the "3". David

New Radom holster code, to me anyway.

Saw this on eBay. I have been collecting holsters and data on the manufacturer codes and WaA's for quite a few years and haven't seen this gxz code. Holster is marked gxz, 1943, WaA182, not grz. https://www.ebay.com/itm/393970511743 David

GERMAN P.38 HARDSHELL HOLSTER with RBN#

Here is one I have never seen before, a P38 hardshell with an RBN number, also police marked. David https://www.ebay.com/itm/294311529905?nma=true&si=p3E%252FJzIzrn%252F8UMj8J79nmHDqstg%253D&orig_cvip=true&nordt=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

    Odd G24 (t) marking

The "t" looks like a "1" with a "-" added. Also, the "G" is different, than I have seen. Here is an "a" block, from the Forum. David
