Pictures would really help here but the Eagle over "H" is the acceptance stamp for the rifle, H denoting "Heer" or Army. The practice before 1942 was that rifles would be routed to certain branches of the Wehrmacht with H being Heer, L being Luftwaffe, and M being Kriegsmarine. 1942 saw all that simplified down to Heer acceptance and rifles would be allocated accordingly from Heer depots. The lowercase "ar" is the serial number suffix as rifles were produced in blocks of 9,999 from 1-9999, with the next block repeating the serial number but with a letter suffix added (ex. 1-9999a>1-9999b>etc.). These suffixes normally reset every year but did not reset for Waffenwerke Brunn (aka BRNO) when 1943 rolled into 1944. The "GU" on the barrel is the steel lot code for the barrel blank. I would recommend looking at the picture reference thread to compare your rifle against, there is an aq block present which is the letter block right before your rifle.
