I believe the ones with the waffenamts are legit. The known repros I've seen do not have the waffenamt stamp on them. For comparison, here is my kur 42 "WaA815" marked example that's been vetted as original on the WA Forum.

In one photo the finish seems a little off but I’m thinking it’s just the lighting, it looks good to me otherwise.
 
Kur of course was the three-letter code adopted by Styer Warsaw in early 1942. Your mag loader is original.

I was fortunate to find three NOS 98E 42 marked MP40 mags. They are rare because the changeover to the kur code happened very early in 1942. I've found that 98E and kur mags and mag loaders are the best made and most functional of all of the wartime makers. I've seen bte mags that wouldn't fit into an MP40 mag well and ghn loaders that likewise wouldn't fit any mag.
