High Power holster markings

I am looking for some more info regarding the marking on this holster, especially the O/1032/0001 marking.

Strange holster... the holster itself looks pretty decent. However, the markings are unlike anything I have ever seen on any German holster... most notably size of the stamps, both contract# & code/date, plus that WaA. IMHO, someone really went to town on this one...!
 
The piece was made by Rohrbacher Lederfabrik, Josef Poeschels Soehne, Rohrbach, code cgn 43, in same period was forced switch to RBNr codes, which the 0/1032/0001 probably is, the stamping looks like done in one stamp, the WaA820 is normal for the maker. 0/1032 is correct for the district.
