Pretty sure this is a Yugo M48 Bayonet?

After doing some research on google, I found this to be most similar to the M48 Bayonet, and was wondering if it was. If so, how's the serial numbers work? Assuming they start from 0 and go up, seeing as this one looks to be saying "3051". Thanks in advance :D

P.S. I'm not a collector or anything, I just happened upon this in a box of my pa's stuff.

Yes this is a M1948 yugoslavian bayonet refurbished in time. 3051 is a rifle marking which was assembled the bayonet with.
