DK Production MP44

So, I had to send my BD44 back once for some pretty bad feeding issues. Received it back and it still has issues feeding about once every mag loaded to 15 rounds, but at least it doesn't mangle the ppu cases quite as bad. What are the reliability expectations for this clone? I don't mind an issue every now and then but what's going on now seems too frequent to me.
I was also destroying brass pretty bad I ended up drilling a hole through the gas block and put a screw in there to adjust the gas pressure. It slowed the bolt down enough to keep the fired case from detaching from the bolt, prematurely and getting hung up in the chamber.

I am also curious what other members here have experienced regarding reliability.

I had to send mine back. The first forty or so rounds were good then I pulled the trigger once and two rounds went down range. Talk about a surprise. It happened again and I sent it back. They said they fixed it and now I am waiting to get it back.

Mine was destroying cartridges ramming the nose into the feed ramp/trunnion.

Keep in mind mine was a kit build dk did not build it so any problems that I had were not related to them whatsoever. They’re just what I had to do to solve my issues.

alright, i have 500 rounds through my mp43/1. No real issues. Ppu ammo gives some strange ejection patterns. Out of 500 rounds, i have probably had less than 20 failures of any kind. All of which are magazine based. My worst magazine is the one that came with the rifle. Dk's new magazines are much better and have much less failures. I am going to take the bad magazines and do some work to it as others have suggested. I still love this rifle. This weekend i was able to test rapid fire and i ran 200 rounds through it. Picture below.

I am in line for 1 and gave my deposit but at the time was not given a choice of options
is this something that comes up when your rifle is ready to be built?
Because I would like the scope rail also

I gave my desired options in the comment window during order. Call them, I don’t think they have started building them.

Soaked the bolt and carrier in vinegar to remove the blueing. The results below.
Looks great, ColonelHogan! I picked mine up last week, and hope to run a few rounds through it this weekend, work and weather permitting. With the undetermined hiatus on PPU ammo imports, I'm glad I put a few rounds back! Have you had a chance to shoot yours yet?

Good advice! Corey said he would add my options to my build sheet.
( I am in the Batch 4 build line)

And Production is almost starting in batch 4
Quote from Corey below:
“Hopefully, starting batch 4 by September, I have just a few more to build from batch 3, then I'll start on batch 4.”

It sounds like most of the issues with this gun have been fixed or were mostly magazine related? Alot of reviews plus Ian's video left a lot to be desired for 6200 when it first came out. Are there any customizations available from the factory like phosphate finishes or sight rails?

Yes.
These were the prices for the options on my build
I am Batch 4 and do not have my rifle yet
blued / phosphorated parts, which adds 100$ to the price.
The ZF4 rail is a 200$ option.
Laminate stock adds 120$

I dont recall being offered any of those options from the first batch. I would have taken them all at that price!
Its another reason I've been waiting, when I spoke to Tor at SOS he implied that as production went along, more and more things would be offered as they got used to producing these.
