Help identifying rifle

A friend passed away, and we found this fancy rifle. From what I found, if it is authentic it is a Weimar era rifle. These are the only markings we could find on it. Any ideas?

This looks like an early K98k that was sporterized judging by the barrel markings made between 1934-1938ish. What's the barrel length? There should be more markings on the barrel under the wood line and if there are any acceptance stamps there, that will determine the manufacturer. Early in K98k manufacture, Weimar style eagles were used up until 1937-1938 for most manufacturers though Erma used a Weimar style firing proof until early 1939.

Show the barrel code (under the stock); I agree 1930's, but I would say latter 30's, well into the Hitlarian era- the actual Republic ended in 1933-34, essentially with the enabling act, though Hindenburg death in 34 sealed the deal for Hitler.
