Yeah it's a Russian capture. The Russians made no effort to reassemble captured rifles with the original matching parts. So they forced matched parts to the serial number on the receiver.

As far as selecting a rifle from this era, each rifle has its own merits. In terms of price a K98 will definitely cost you the most for all matching numbers. I own each of the rifles you mentioned and can honestly say they are all very accurate, but I do however prefer the peep sight arrangement...

I would pay around $350 for it with an incorrect stock and mismatched bolt. When it comes to collecting a matching stock is typically half the value of a rifle.

Yes you can find some rifles that are bolt mismatched in that price range.
