I just won this for $560 and only thing I could see was these pictures. This is the first time I have bid on a rifle with so little information and I think the Old Fashions played a major role on that. How bad did I mess up?

Wow the M69 went for 3500 plus tax and shipping and this one had a scope with specs in the glass. Glad I got mine when I did. Seems people are now aware of them.

I would agree that it seems all three were being produced in 1940. It’s odd they did no production date on the box, from what I have seen and I could be wrong the type 2 has been some of the oldest that came from this last drop. I think I have a box of 1935.

I agree. I was lucky enough to buy one of the two sealed 300 round cases he sold as I figured I would never get that chance again. Plus I was super lucky and got 4 boxes of black tip and have traded with members on here that wanted black tip and I needed the other types so I could have a box of...

I was lucky to have gotten 4 boxes of the black tip and was able to trade. $50 a box was an amazing deal even if expensive for what this goes for at auction. It’s only going to get harder to get once this batch dries up.

Thanks to the guys who traded with me. Extremely happy to have the three different boxes of SMKH. The type 1 with red stripped clip is my favorite but it’s looking like the type 2 is the rarest of the three from what I have seen so far.

Hoping it’s some AP and incendiary 303. I need that for my Enfield T sniper. Look forward to buying more SMKH and SMK tropical.

Thank you. You saw every type and markings as you unpacked and sorted it all. I’m torn on opening it up or not. I’m hoping your next lot has some interesting and rare stuff. It’s hard being patient and not spending my gun money waiting.

Does anyone have any idea what type this might be in this sealed pack? I can see a bit into it as it has a small rip in the box. It has no iL mark on the boxes as well. Most I have seen for sale or around have the iL mark. I’m guessing everyone is going to say I should break this one open...

Another M69 Sniper got listed on GB. I do not have anything to do with the people that got them from the importer, but I know that they got around 12-15 scoped/complete rifles and some of that lot got kept my some of the works/owners at the place.
