After a lot of cleaning I have her almost clean. Still some in some areas in the trigger I am working on. This rifle was built by Zastava, but I wonder how much they really made for this rifle. It’s almost like they sourced all the parts. The bolt, receiver, and stock are matching serial numbers...

Not sure spent two days cleaning it. Will probably let it cook in the sun today one more time to get the cosmoline out of the wood better. I’m going to try and shoot it next weekend.

The ones they got without scopes do have mounts they said.

I got this from them but off GB. About 12-14 came in with scopes. Was told this one and the one that sold for 3600 were the nicest.

Thanks and I hope those red painted stripper clips are nice and didn’t get those with the 4 boxes I also got. They all Ended up being the black projectiles. Very happy with those.

That’s awesome I got four box’s of the 1940 black tip if I remember and then got one of the two sealed cases he sold. I’m now wondering the date and type that’s in this sealed case now that I know it was repacked in 1938

Thanks for the information, I’m just glad I was able to get one as early as I did that’s still sealed. Figured this was my only chance unless they are about to drop even more on the market from the importer.

Really that’s interesting and thanks for the information. I read from the Kent book on it that it was August 1939 but am still learning a lot.
