thanks for your comments , there's not any hza stamp on the stock but this one i thinks has been replaced , the S/N appears to be over stamped on an old one and there is a "SU4" control on the take down washer ,not ww1 period , the buttplate also doesn't show any ww1 control stamp . ber

my friend has received the rifle and in fact it's a bnz42 SSZZA4 . ber

hello all here is my new kar98a , it's an all matching rifle , DANZIG 1918 / 1920 , reworked during the weimar republic , i've got it last sunday and share it with you today . all the bolt components are blued , 1920 date on the stock and the receiver , and double S/N on the rear band . pics...

hello please what do you think about this bnz42 receiver , the fonts don't seem to be 42 standard steyr model but more close to the SS contracts . am i right ? thanks for your help ber

hello got this one two months ago , this is en 243 borsigwalde 98k , matching but the bolt who is matching itself , this last is a steyr bolt S/N 7565e may be 1940 built . thanks for comments ber global , receiver , barrel , bands

there is no problem , i had understood your comments and not taken them as a criticism . g88/14 are so rare ? maybe ! i've never seen one of them . ber

i haven't checked the model with the storz book before posting this rifle , now it's done and you are right , this is a G88/05 . ber
