    1914 Spandau

    This is a recent purchase amost all matching but rings. It appears to be refinished around the receiver. I have heard concerns about metallurgy issues that would be a concern for user. There is erosion just ahead of the throat and near the muzzle. Is this a legitimate concern? Thanks, Sean @Loewe

    I have an all matching but timber cut 1896 dated Loewe 1893 Spanish carbine, I believe. 17.5 barrel. No recoil lug early stock. No hole for a cleaning rod. Rear sight adjustment missing.     1906 Erfurt GEW 98 - first time here
