    fze 40

Not too many of these are posted, so here is my own. Not sharpened, but reblued at some point I guess. I wonder how many of these were made? I've only seen them in the d-block so far.

    Unmarked painted RG34

Hello, This kit came in this week. It appears to be an unmarked painted RG34. Price was normal. Came with postwar contents (black phenolic oiler and 90° rotated chain). As a read that this could be a rare find, I would love your thoughts on it.

Pair of late-war AC320 skeleton frogs

For your consideration a pair of AC320 frogs. I first saw these types of frogs in the awesome post by Slash, so I wanted to show some to you in detail. I love the look, they are very Frankensteinish.

    GEU black phenolic oiler

Hello, I found this oiler in a complete arr43 kit. I can't find any info online, just one reference on Antoni's site. At first glance it seems it could fit an arr42 kit as well. - top cap is marked 'eqt' and has the 'S' material code - body has the 'Z2' material code - bottom cap has no...

    Early RG34 G.APPEL 1935 oval lid recess

Here is an interesting early 1935 RG34. It features the oval shaped lid recess and the font is different than what they would use later on. I do not see a WaA. I included a comparison with a later 1935 G.Appel kit. I could use some help on the contents. Are they all random (maybe export or...

Unmarked late war behoerden bayonet with unit mark?

Hello, This lovely bayonet just arrived. Unmarked and late war. Blade and scabbard are stamped 13. / 2 On the blade someone has scratched over the stamps with 13. / 1 When I see something like this, I have so many questions about the history of it. Has anyone seen a similar style of stamps...

    Behoerden bayonet grouping

I was able to add a nice set of Behoerden bayonets to the collection. I would love your opinions on it. If anything seems off, please leave your comments. All markings are photographed. The lighting is a bit harsh, but should show true colors and details. There are no WaA markings present. All...

    Unmarked winter trigger

What are your opinions on this winter trigger? Most threads deal with marked examples. Also I haven't seen this kind of rough finish before.

    rbl44 RG34

I present to you my latest find, a rbl44 marked RG34. Found locally, without contents. It features the typical greenish paint, but I don't see any golden shine on the outside. The inside does have a green/golden tint to it. I took a picture with some other late war blue/grey finishes so you...

PAUL WEYERSBERG & Co Reich Post bayonet

I have a bit of a puzzle here, so I would like to present this RP bayonet. Looking at pwcosol's great behoerden thread, I see some differences with this one: - low serial number in combination with RP (not DRP) - late production and red grips, in combination with RP marking As always, all...

Unmarked RG34 with unknown steel oiler

Hello, me again. Here is an unmarked RG34 with unmarked contents as bought. I would like to understand what I have. Also what kind of steel oiler is that? I found 1 other example online, but without any info. It's shorter than a normal one, body isn't polished. Different knurling. It has 4...

    Tan Braunschweigische Blechwarenfabrik RG34 kits

Hello, I have 2 tan Braunschweigische Blechwarenfabrik kits and a few spare bits, and I would like to make sure everything is where it should be. Due to the many variations in 1944-45 from this maker/assembler, I found it hard to find the correct combinations in other posts. I found some great...

Unmarked sewn k98 ammo pouch identification

I recently acquired this ammo pouch. Any thoughts on what exactly I have here? No markings to be seen, except for the 76 inside the pouch. There's a 19 in the right pocket. But nothing else.

    Black painted Mundungschoner

Hello, I'm sorting out my k98 muzzle covers. There's a few black painted ones. What is the general consensus on these? Genuine WWII German muzzle covers that have been painted post war? A few have the war time stamps, so they must be originals. However, I've got this painted one as well. It's...

    Troddel identification

Hello, These recently came into my possession. Can anyone identify these troddels please? I've read the discussions regarding if these were actually used on a SG. 84/98 III or not. But I haven't found any resources that would help identifying them. Are there any books available? Thanks in advance

    A pair of 44 cvl o-block

Hello, I recently was offered the left bayonet for sale. Seeing the serial, I was so exited to say the least. Unfortunately the blade has been sharpened. I've been mulling it over in the past week, but I'll probably let it go again. Still, I couldn't resist to share this little photoshoot :)

    Matching WKC 1939 extra numbers

Hello, Here is a matching WKC 1939 with an extra '33' numbering on it. I've been looking through postwar or rework threads, but couldn't find anything similar. Does anyone have an idea what it could be? Thanks

    Opinions on S238G

Hello, I'm offered this S238G for sale. It seems off, but I can't figure out what they did with it. What I notice: - number 1 has a different font than other S238G examples - number 8 seems to be upside down on the blade - number 1899 is just weirdly placed on the blade - only 1 WaA on the...

    WaA20 marked RG34 .22 trainer kit

I've been searching through the small caliber RG34 threads, but I couldn't find an example of a WaA20 marked one. I found this kit in Norway, for what it matters. It also contained the spoon. Is anything known about military inspected .22 kits?
