    New BNZ44

Picked this up pretty cheaply. Appears to be a vet bringback that was sporterized at one time then someone put a different stock on it. Everything seems to match except for the front bands and of course the stock. Hopefully I didn't make a mistake buying it but I figure for 475 bucks I have a...

Thought you guys might find this interesting

I mentioned before about my 1871 Cavalry Mauser that I picked up off of craigslist (of all things) for 175 bucks. I've had the thing for about six months and never got around to firing it. New Toy

Went and got a new (to me) DSM-34. ERMA model like 8mm-57 has. Found this at a local gun show, turned out the guy lives a few miles from me. All the numbers match, actually the rifle looks very good considering the age. No import marks, must have been a vet bringback.

    New guy

Just picked up a 44 DOT K98. Looks to be a Russian Capture model. Picked it up cheap (under 300 dollars) and plan on plinking with it so that is fine. I am sure I will have plenty of questions. I have had a couple of 1903s in the past (have one now) but this is my first non US built weapon.

    Found this in Cabellas

First off, thanks for allowing me to grace your forums. I am sure I will be asking a lot of questions. I am fairly familiar with the M1903 series, owing a couple of rifles including an 03a3 that I bought a couple of years ago. I was in Cabellas with the wife looking for Christmas presents and...
