Two byf 44's one is a Kriegs model serial # 73xxx L block the other is a 79xxx L block Semi Kriegs. All parts and stocks are correct. As I read the book it is possible for both to be correct. What is your take? Or did the guns get switched into the wrong stocks as the stocks are not numbered?

I was going through a incomplete 98k cleaning kit and in it was a dark bakelite oiler. The oiler did not look right, it ended up being short and fit in the butt of my K43. Did the Germans make a short plastic oiler for the 43's butts?
