    svwMB 9709c

Found this from a local auction house. Not much experience on these late rifles, need some opinions from you. Not much pictures available, but seems promising to me. If i recall correctly, c block should be the last one with Mauser under German control.

    bnz 43 single rune 9524

Maybe not heavily, but yes to me. Looking at the WaAC10 markings they are barely visible and very faded. Anyway, for sure not the worst I have ever seen. Nor am I, maybe someone could chime in on that.

    bnz 43 single rune 9524

Some time passed, went to the auction and got the rifle. Every marked part matches serial 9524: receiver, bolt body, safety, triggerguard, rear sight base, rear sight leaf, handguard, stock barrell channel. Some e/77 markings are present on rear sight base and rear sight leaf. Barrel markings...

    bnz 43 single rune 9524

Unfortunately, do not have the chance to disassemble as for now. If i recall correctly bnz 43 (large font without dot) with single rune should be one of Gusen made receivers in early 43. Throughout that year single rune marking should have been stopped in Gusen, correct me if I'm wrong. Other...

    bnz 43 single rune 9524

Run into this one in an auction house. Do not have much experience on SS rifles, but seems legit to me for what is shown. Thoughts? Gusen made receiver, numbered bolt body and safety, unnumbered bolt sleeve and cocking piece, unnumbered bands. No pictures but triggerguard should be numbered and...

    German helmet with shield

In WWI, "stirnpanzer" were attached with a solid leather strap around the back and to the protruding vents on each side of the M16/M17 helmet. But man $10,000 for that one.. I would have go for some matching K98 instead

    PANFO - ITALY

Hi PANFO and welcome, your rifles has some postwar marking, as "Cat. No. 1252" and "8x57 JS" are Italian National Firearms Test Bench markings, right side of the barrell just behind the rear sight. On the left side of the barrell just above the serial number, seems to be present other marking...

Some new adds to the collection: - Black wound badge, press-metal on pin, no maker mark, with original Leistungs Gemeinschaft der Deutscher Ordenshersteller "LDO" box. One picture togheter with my silver wound badge for comparison. - HJ Achievement Badge 3rd Level in Silver, zinc silver-plated...

Hello everyone, first time post. I would appreciate any help in identifying this k98k double claw.

Not a good one starting from the serial number as Guillame pointed out. SSZZA2 marking is also not ok. Hence not necessary to see scope bases without mounted scope.
