    I've had this for about 5 or 6 years now. Came out of an eclectic collection. When I first got it it was almost completely black.     1933 Mauser Banner - DRP SS??

    BBOTW indicates specifically that the DRP marked Mauser Banners were rifles actually intended for SA and SS use. Is this true? I know Law had some serious errors in his book, but he does reference the actual letter. I was quite surprised when I read it. I have a nice rifle in my sights...

    Unusual 45 dated K98 Bayonet

    Located a K98 bayonet with no makers mark. Spine is dated 45. There is a serial number of 7499 over Tr (7499 / Tr) and it was stamped after the blade had been blued. The flip side (where the code would usually be) is blank. There are what I believe to be too many Waffenamts for a 1945...

    Value question - G.98/40 jhv 43

    Another one I have a line on: A very nice condition G.98/40. It appears all matching externally with the exception of the bolt head. Assuming that the bolt head is the only thing mismatched, what would be the cutoff price for purchase? The rifle retains 90%+ bluing and the stock cartouches...

    vz.33 Quick Question

    Have a line on an original matching vz. 33. The only thing that does not jive with it is the stock disk being marked FS over the serial number in place of CETN over the serial number. Any thoughts?
