1916 JPS, with Sudicatis Radium Luminous Sights

Hi Everyone,

One of my more recent additions was this set of second variation (stamped) Sudicatis luminous sights, which Chris was kind enough to part with. Seriously, I can't thank you enough for letting them go. I figured they would fit nicely on this JPS 1916 I got from Mike. The first set of photos I took were a bunch of hot garbage, so I updated them. I picked up a wonderful second pattern sling from Mike as well, Artillerie Werkstatt Strassburg 1915.

Great pics of that JPS Sam! It's a nice example and really goes well with that sling.

The radium sights are icing on the cake. I was lucky to find an extra set of stamped ones fairly cheap, so I'm glad you put them to good use!

Maybe we'll find a milled set for you too one of these days.

Nice rifle Sam. That rifle has a great overall look it and l really love that stock on it. Beautiful chunk of wood. Mike really kept beauty’s and had some really nice slings to sell as well. We all benefited from his collection plus I believe he sold all his stuff to guys here…

Love the stock on this one. Was a great example for your "stock finishes" thread which is beyond superb and informative. Thanks for delving into this rifle and it's particulars!

Thanks again, Chris!

Thanks, Jory! He sure did, it’s one of my favorites.
