Have an Anschutz Germani Sport Model, in 22 LR. It is a copy of the K98 German Rifle. It is a bring back from WW 2, with the metal in mint condition. The rifle was a duffel bag special in that the stock was cut at the fore arm
and the stock sanded.

Any information would be apprecated as I cannot find it in the Blue Book.

Thanks in advance.

the Germania sport model was a one off type of trainer made by JGA or their own design. Basically only the KKW and the GSM have a bayonet lug and are in 22kal. Jga also made a 4mm trainer with a bayonet lug.

They are quite scarce Ive owned a few over the years. You certainly wont find it listed anywhere in a common price book.. But, the prices are similar to the DSM34 or KKW as most folks dont know the difference and certainly dont know what a GSM is anyways..

My rifle has the eagle over the "N" proof, and is in the 212X serial number range.

Any idea as to date of manufacture?

Thanks.
