Any thoughts on this tunic as to if it's good or bad?

I'm always suspect of things I know enough about, but honestly not enough, to get myself into trouble. So, looking for feedback on this? Seller says it has original reapplied insignia throughout, while searching for the makers name "Traugott Rahne" I found examples of wartime tunics, but also apparently they made tunics for the Bundeswehr early on? So, is this a doctored up Bundeswehr tunic, or a legit (with reapplied insignia) tunic? There is an HBA stamp inside the tunic which seems odd being a private tailor tunic, but maybe not? That's why I'm asking, thanks, Chris....

It is not a period made tunic. Cut, especially pockets are off. Strangely no liner, at least in what is visible in neck area. If that would be a private purchase, tailor made tunic there would be no sizing stamps, which are normally found in EM issue uniforms. For the record, breast eagle should be slightly off alignment with pocket to appear horizontal when tunic is worn. Another indicator is a price which is way too low for high ranking officer tunic.
