Hard to say much from the pics provided. Clearly the tguard and floor plate match each other, but don’t match the receiver serial. Does the ad specify what else is matching/mismatched?

I think it looks promising, but really depends on the details and just how good you feel the price is.

Thanks, have asked for more pictures. It's cheap basically once i compare to other ones that have been and gone. How does these stack up against an RC K98?

Its really not comparable to an RC. An RC is a soviet refurbished K98k, as in the standard small of the German armed forces during the Nazi period.

The Standard Modell is technically a commercial rifle. Think of it as kind of the commercial precursor to the K98k. It was sold mainly to government and Nazi party agencies, as well as being exported abroad to countries like Ethiopia and China.

The K98k in all its various forms is far more common than the Stadium Modell, they just produced way more of them. Though the later isn’t super rare, at least not as a mixmaster like this one.

Thanks , will get a picture, but told there is a flaming bomb cartouche on the stock

If it is cheap buy it. It is at least a nice rifle in decent shape but check the bore and work the bolt to insure it locks up tight.
I like it

Better pictures. We have a bolt mismatch too though it seems

If the price is right for you, I would take it. Looks pretty good.
You get about the same satisfaction with a pricey all matching as you do a bolt mismatch with wear and tear on it…without the sticker shock! Lol
