Berlin-Lubecker G41 (duv43) g block. I sourced this rifle locally several years ago not over 10 miles from my home. A local family had pulled this from their closet and wanted to sell for house repair money. I
was very lucky to have been to able to oblige them and keep it here in the same rural KY county where it has supposedly been since being brought home by their grandfather. No provenance but very likely true.
Has a bit of corrosion from storage conditions. They had wiped off the dust and only thing I've done is put a little oil on the metalwork. I have not actually cleaned it. I have disassembled it and it is 100%.
It is exactly how I acquired it, less the oil, with cleaning rod and sight hood still present.
Maybe not a perfect specimen but an honest example. She's definitely a gem in my modest collection.
