Recently I picked up a near mint BYF 45 K98 walnut stock that was duffle cut at the band and caped with the original end plate and screw. The rifle looks new! I would like to ask who out there is the person out there to restore the wood and can anyone help with the barrel band? This rifle is crying out to be brought back.
