Well, in addition to wanting a Collector grade ORIGINAL WWII German MG42 Barrel for my display, I need same but of a late war Bipod. I have an old MG42 Parts kit that now that I’m retired, would like to display. It is an old torch cut kit…in original blued finish (95+%) and is marked NC MG42 1958 l cra. I believe this would put it in the 1944 production period….but not sure with the serial number 1958 “L” if that is towards beginning,mid, or end? So, the kit that I have…is without Barrel, Bipod, Bolt. I’d like to get Collector grade stuff….as this will be my only MG42….hopefully for a lot of healthy retirement years!
Collector grade original 44 dated MG42 Bipod needed too!
