DSM Presentation Rifle 1935

I can't read German either but I can say it is a nice looking rifle. Is the rifle missing its hand guard retaining clip? It it a half mooned piece of metal that goes between the rear of the hand guard and under the rear sight base.

I think one of the best logo's is the Greenhart. I have two Greenheart's myself.
