Favourite K98 Bayonet

Hey guys,

just wondering what you're favourite make/style are? I uunderstand there are Luftwaffe, police, regular army. sharpened or unsharpened (which means didn't see action?) and I think they all were blued? Some mfg made few of them some made many... Anyway just wondering what everyone's favourite is and why?

Good question! With the focus on very late production I would guess that many members here favor the latest examples. In short, late 1944 or 1945 production, phosphated finish, riveted grips. As to EXACTLY which is my favorite, I'd have to think about it........

I assume for me a untouched bayonet S84/98 without any reworks, cleaning, with good looking surface, correct in all ways.

Not sure I am just a sucker for Eickhorn, and those hardy tight grained grips! lol
