I have a Gustloff .22 cal K98 trainer that needs a trigger guard . can anyone help /

It’s marked “KKWehrsportgewehr “

Any help is appreciated
I have a K 98 collection and other German military guns and I’m
starting a training gun collection. Have the above gun and a nice Walter.

You need a trigger guard for a KKW.

While they are not readily available, that will held you narrow your search.

You are better off getting a parts gun. You'll probably be looking for 5 years have to get super lucky to find one on its own... Parts guns come from being a sporterized, something that bubba has got a hold of and destroyed.

A Parts gun just sold for 175 at auction.... you could part what you want then sell remaining parts you dont want to get $$$ that will help cover the cost of the rifle...

Dang! I missed that one! Usually I buy those to part out just as WreckTangle said.

Unfortunately I do not have any at the moment, and I do not know when I get a batch made. They are something I plan to make, but I have too many other projects that have higher interest right now.
